Is V-Platinum membership free?
Yes. There is no cost to apply or join. Submit your business information and use the same email address when you create or access your shop account.
How do member savings work?
Log in to your approved V-Platinum account before shopping. Eligible member pricing is applied automatically—no promo code is needed.
How much can my business save?
Members receive automatic V-Platinum pricing, fixed member prices on eligible Bay Boxes, and quantity savings of up to 25% on select products. Exact pricing appears while you are logged in.
What is a Bay Box?
A Valvoline Bay Box contains 20 quarts and uses up to 89% less plastic by weight than equivalent one-quart bottles, helping reduce clutter and simplify disposal for busy operations.
How does tax-exempt purchasing work?
V-Platinum accounts are set up for tax-exempt purchasing when enrollment is activated. You do not need to enter an EIN or upload tax documents on this page; Valvoline will follow up if documentation is needed.
