Restore & Protect™ ATF is a premium full synthetic, multi-vehicle automatic transmission fluid that removes up to 97% of deposits with Active Dissolve Technology. Torque converter and friction plates within automatic transmissions can become clogged over time with deposits, resulting in inefficient performance such as shudder and even slipping in the transmission. Restore and Protect™ ATF is designed to remove loosely bound deposits and provide a restorative effect for longer, optimum friction plate operation and extended transmission life.
Restore & Protect™ ATF utilizes Active Dissolve Technology, which breaks down deposits into very small, fine particles that are suspended in the fluid. These suspended particles are small and won’t clog filtration systems or damage transmission components and will be removed when the system is drained and filled again.
Yes, Restore & Protect™ ATF is well suited for high mileage and older vehicles when it meets the required specification. It should be noted that severely clogged or damaged friction plates will not return to function with the use of Restore & Protect™ ATF. Severely damaged transmissions may require professional inspection rather than fluid alone.
