"Does the Job (2002 Ford Ranger 4.0L). I've gotten the Diluted and Concentrated versions and both are good and have great properties as far as I can tell. I've done a full flush of my Ranger and filled full this this product twice and its kept the internals clean and the Engine cool in my Phoenix Arizona heat. No complaints from me."
